Here's a list of notable things I've built, contributed to, or worked on.

automated.virovek.com
A serverless frontend project management tool I programmed with Typescript and NextJS. It integrates with Vtiger CRM to generate complex records with just the flick of a (metaphorical) switch. Before widespread adoption of this tool at Virovek, manual creation of several records could take up to twenty minutes. Now it takes ten seconds.

premade.virovek.com
An online e-commerce site where customers can purchase Virovek's world-renowned premade AAV. Runs on Medusa, NextJS, Redis, Postgres, GCP, and AWS. I put it together in several months as a one-man dev team.

Virovek
Inarguably the gold standard of adeno-associated viral vector manufacturers. Research groups at Stanford, Johns Hopkins, Northwestern, and UCSF all rely on Virovek's gene therapy technology. The same goes for R&D and drug development teams at Pfizer, Genentech, Eli Lilly, and Biomarin. Virovek simply can't be beat. I've taken on many roles during my time here, including molecular biology lab technician, associate project manager, and computer scientist.

Science for the People, In Memoriam: Richard Lewontin (1929–2021)
A special issue of Science for the People written in memory of Richard Lewontin, famed evolutionary biologist and radical left-wing activist. I contributed technical editing work to the project.

5 Days Of Melee
A holiday celebration of the Super Smash Bros. Melee community's resilience and love for the game. Took place in 2020 during the height of the pandemic and gave many thousands of people something to tune into while sheltering in place. I contributed to content production efforts as part of the video editing team.

Raid
My YouTube channel, where I upload ridiculously cool videos.

Rude Custard - Bandcamp
My Bandcamp page, where I release music.

Rude Custard - Spotify
My Spotify artist page, where I also release music.

C9 Mang0 | RULE YOURSELF
An homage to an Under Armour advertisement starring Michael Phelps which aired during the 2016 Olympic games. This video, though, is dedicated to Mang0, the greatest Super Smash Bros. Melee player to ever live.

Rewrite, Rebuild, Repeat
An online portfolio of essays and blog posts, in which I investigate the history, geography, and circumstances of two urban redevelopment schemes in the San Francisco Bay Area and examine how money, location, and civic action have shaped the outcomes of both projects.

Protein Structure Prediction Evaluator
A Python command-line program that compares the prediction of a protein's 3-D structure (i.e. as made by AlphaFold) to the protein's empirically-determined true structure using root-mean-square deviation.

Professor Raid Schools the Masses on Smash Bros.
A lecture on the competitive metagame of Super Smash Bros. Melee, which I presented to a packed university lecture hall of hundreds of people.
